The Nike Air Trainer Max 2 ’94 isn’t exactly a shoe you associate with the career of Ken Griffey Jr., but the latest pair to hit stores is reminiscent of Junior’s Mariners colorways. Like we’ve recently seen with the Air Griffey Max II and Air Max Jr., the Trainer Max 2 has dropped in a Chlorine Blue-accented look. The shoe features a dark grey mesh and nubuck upper with white leather working the side panels and heel. Chlorine pops up on the tongue, inner bootie and Max Air unit, which is encased in a white and grey midsole. All colors play a similar role on the outsole.
