Are you a fan of Foamposite influence moving on to other models? After the Air Force 1 got a Foamposite makeover for a shoe released last week, we’re now getting a look at another iconic sneaker receiving the same treatment – the Air Jordan 1. You read that correctly. A Foamposite-like shell has been molded into the Air Jordan 1 for a shoe that is being called the Air Jordan 1 Armor.
While the material used for this release is similar to what you’d see on the original Foamposite shoes, the shell is actually thinner and lighter. For the pair pictured below, a reflective metallic silver was used for the base, while a translucent icy outsole fits in beneath. Like the Foamposite Air Force 1, this shoe is certain to spark hate-it-or-love-it type debates. Where do you stand after seeing these images?
